In short: your voice recordings never leave your device. We do not have a server and we cannot hear, collect, or store your recordings. The only data collected about you is collected by Google AdMob in order to show ads, and in Europe that only happens after you have given consent.
Reverse Singing (“the app”) is developed and published by Vince Lukkesen, trading as Toymatic (“we”, “us”). For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for the limited processing described below.

The app requires access to your device’s microphone in order to work. Recordings you make are:
We operate no server and have no ability to access your recordings. You can delete a recording at any time within the app, and uninstalling the app removes all recordings from your device.
The app is free and supported by advertising delivered by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google collects and processes certain data. Google acts as an independent controller for this processing.

You can reset or delete your Advertising ID at any time in Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows you a consent message before any personalised advertising takes place. This message is delivered through a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (Google’s User Messaging Platform).
You may accept or refuse personalised advertising. If you refuse, the app continues to work normally and you will see non-personalised ads instead, which rely only on general context rather than your interests.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Privacy settings in the app, which re-opens the same consent form.
We retain no personal data ourselves, because none is transmitted to us. Recordings persist on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app. Data collected by Google is retained according to Google’s own retention policies, described in the Google Privacy Policy linked above.
Google may process the advertising data described in section 3 outside the EEA, including in the United States. Google relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and other approved safeguards for such transfers. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
The app is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will act on it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time.
Because the advertising data described above is collected and held by Google rather than by us, requests concerning that data are most effectively directed to Google through the mechanisms in the Google Privacy Policy. You may of course also contact us and we will assist where we can.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Belgium this is the Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels.

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published at this address with an updated date at the top. Material changes affecting how your data is used will also be reflected in the app’s consent message where required.
